What the site processes when you use the calculator, visit a page, or contact Return Measure.

Calculator data
Debt balances, annual percentage rates, required payments, extra payments, transfer assumptions, consolidation assumptions, and calculated results are processed in your browser by the calculator’s JavaScript. The current implementation does not send those values to Return Measure, place them in an address, or store them in browser local storage or session storage.
Contact data
If you voluntarily email Return Measure, the message, email address, and information you include can be received and stored by the email service used to handle that message. Do not include account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information. The site does not require an email address to use the calculator.
Technical request information
The site is hosted through Cloudflare. As part of serving and protecting a website, Cloudflare can process technical request information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser information, requested page, and request time under its own terms and privacy policy. Return Measure may use available hosting logs for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
As configured on the date above, Return Measure does not run first-party analytics, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, ad-network scripts, affiliate tracking scripts, or Google Tag Manager. The site does not intentionally set its own cookies and the calculator does not save inputs in local storage or session storage.
Third-party resources and links
Site styling, fonts, scripts, icons, and social-sharing images are served from the Return Measure domain in the current build. Educational articles link to outside sources. A third party receives a normal web request only if you choose to follow one of those links, subject to that party’s privacy practices and your browser settings.
Future advertising or affiliate tracking
No advertising or affiliate relationships are active on the site as configured on the date above. Before third-party advertising, analytics, or affiliate tracking is activated, this policy will be reviewed and updated to describe the providers, data flows, cookies or similar technologies, and choices available to visitors.
Policy changes
A material change to data handling should be reflected here before or when the change is deployed, along with a new review date.
