We aim to respond within two business days. Correction requests and reports of calculation errors are prioritized and usually addressed within 24 hours.
What to write us about
- Calculation errors or stale data. Tax thresholds, contribution limits, and similar inputs change every year. If you spot something out of date, please tell us.
- Suggestions for new calculators. If there is a specific decision in your life where a focused calculator would help, send us the question. We genuinely read these and a handful of suggestions have become live tools.
- Confusing wording or unclear explanations. If a tool description or article reads unclearly to you, it probably reads unclearly to others. We want to know.
- Accessibility issues. We try to keep every calculator usable with keyboard navigation and screen readers. If something is not working for you, please report it with as much detail as possible.
- Press, partnership, or syndication inquiries. We are happy to discuss licensing a calculator or providing a quote for a story.
What we will not respond to
- Requests for personal financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. Please consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
- Cold sales pitches and unsolicited link-building requests.
- Demands to remove or alter information that is factually accurate and properly sourced.
Privacy
